It does. The SH5 ABI specification says that the goal is to be
compatible with the bitfield layout rules of MSVC, whatever they are.
We've managed to figure out some of them, get them documented in the
SH5 ABI spec and implement them, but as it is clear now, there's more
to it than we could see at first.
