Here's a real live example, taken from the code that prompted me to do
the hacks in the first place:
Labeled loops are a nice construct, and do show up in many programming
languages.
However, they're not part of C/C++, and I would be strongly opposed to
adding them GNU C/C++ until and unless they are added to the ISO
standards for those languages.
