[applied patch] tweak a few mips s*_sf patterns.


obvious, no new failures for check of mips-elf against mips-sim.  (i
was hoping that this would fix the unordered regression, but alas,
no.)

	* config/mips/mips.md (sunlt_sf, suneq_sf, sunle_sf): Remove
	dependency on TARGET_DOUBLE_FLOAT.
