I understand the need for speed. 

Here's my status: all patches I'd posted seem to be in, pending the one
from last night. I'm sure Jakub will get to that posthaste. Or, I could
check this in now if you'd like.

I'm currently looking at libstdc++/7442. I hope to have it in today.
These are changes to cxxabi.h and internal structure names.

Then, I need to go and look at Phil's question about changing the
linkmap symbol versioning names for libsupc++ (If 7442 changes go in)
and libstdc++. I'm still trying to figure this out, but hope to have it
nailed by tonight.
