Somehow, watching this list, one would think we're in bug-fixing mode on
the 3.2 branch by now. However, that's not what our development plan
says: Stage 2 will continue until August 15.
To follow this in the spirit, if not the letter, *I* am still coming up
with patches to improve upon 3.2, instead of scanning for Fortran
frontend or libf2c bugs.

Perhaps a well-meaning global-write-priv person could approve this one ?
