tradcpp removed

- Subject: tradcpp removed
The files tradcpp.c tradcpp.h and tradcif.y have been removed
from the repository, and the following patch committed to
Makefile.in. Hurrah.
Neil.
* Makefile.in: Remove all trace of tradcpp.c, tradcpp.h,
tradcif.y and related files.
