cfg merge part 24 - real datastructure for dominance information.

Hi,
this patch adds new datastructure for dominance information. The underlying
datstructure has been implemented by Pavel and supports logarithmic updating of
the structure as well as polylogarithmic lookup of nearest common ancestor that
is important for the new loop duplication code.

The patch has been bootstrapped on mainline on i386 and on the branch i386/sparc.
Also it shown no perofrmance degradation on the daily tester.
On peak runs (with unrolling) it shows little speedup, but the main
point of the patch is the ABI and to avoid deadly worst case scenarios.
