I will remove both the doc changes and resubmit.
Does this mean that fixing the problem with the location of the documentation becomes a prerequisite for fixing gengtype.c? If this is the case then someone else will have to fix gengtype.c.
It does not seem consistent that my patch is rejected because it fails to fix a problem with a recently accepted patch by someone else, even though it improves it.
