I'm not "the GCC maintainer that is taking care of your contributions". I
don't have an FSF account; in general most of the 100 or so GCC
maintainers don't need one, but there isn't any system set up for access
to gcc.gnu.org to give access to current versions of the forms. (And RMS
doesn't want the forms on the web.)
RMS has also stated a preference for there to be 8 rather than 46 people
who handle all the sending forms

could work out a list of 8 or so maintainers with FSF accounts who will
handle all the form sending?
(Has there been any progress on the manual copyright issues mentioned in
that message?)
