For building gnatname, the source for prj.makr
withed in gnatname.adb:33 is not present in CVS.

With a few tricks I managed to build library and tools
(but for gnatname for missing sources and gnatmem of
libaddr2line fame). Testing will run tomorrow, need to sleep :).
