Applied with the obvious date change to the ChangeLog. Make bootstrap
(C and Fortran only), checked (Fortran only) and installed on
i686-pc-linux-gnu (Debian GNU/Linux 2.2).
Sorry for the delay - I was away from home for the USENIX/FREENIX 2002
program committee meeting in Durham last week.
