[PATCH]: Fix libgcc2 build on VMS

Subject: [PATCH]: Fix libgcc2 build on VMS

LIB2FUNCS exceeds the 255 character limit for a single argument passed
via exec on VMS.

This fixes it, but maybe there's a cleaner way to do it. 

Suggestions welcome.
