[www] update mitsubishi urls

- Subject: [www] update mitsubishi urls
Mitsubishi has hundreds of sub-companies; www.mitsubishi.com is not
a useful address. Updated to point to Mitsubishi Semiconductors.
Neither the D10V (not contributed) nor D30V are listed anywhere.
I suspect they are no longer being sold.
