I would argue this is a bug in DEC's Ada implementation, which basically
is an ABI definition and which we need to follow. Maybe we should
document
this exception in a system-specific appendix to the RM. We have
tried not
to pollute the manual too much with mentioning system-specific quirks in
general sections.
