Ok, go ahead and check in the toplevel and libiberty bits.  The gcc
bits are approved, but please wait a day or so to check them in, just
in case.  That gives us at least one night of auto-builds before we
start depending on it, so if there are unforseen bugs it will be
easier to back out.
