Yeah, this gets tricky:

1)  Make changes to maintainer-scripts/FOO and check them in.
2)  Log in as gccadmin.  Observe two directories in $HOME:  'scripts' and
    'maintainer-scripts'.
3)  "cd maintainer-scripts ; cvs update" to get your changes.
4)  If necessary, copy new version of FOO into ../scripts/
5)  Edit scripts/crontab and submit new table to cron.

Thus the scripts are actually called out the 'scripts' directory.  Lots of
room for improvements, but it hasn't irritated me enough to do anything
about it yet.
