Done, in the 3.0 branch.  I haven't been touching the libtool files in
GCC mainline, in the hope that I'll find some time to test it with
libtool mainline and roll over a new version.  If it takes too long,
I'll merge the 2 or 3 patches that made it to the branch in mainline
too.
