config.guess updates


Just FYI,

As soon as my build has finished, I intend checking in the attached.  It 
includes a top-level MAINTAINERS tweek so that hopefully the next person 
to update config.* will update these as well.

[Yes it might well be possible to just eliminate those duplicates.]
