Um... I'm not sure. The GCC checkin rules are that all patches must
have been tested in the form in which they are committed.
Certainly, if I submitted a patch to the main part of GCC and only
tested it against our internal sources, that would be bad.
Probably the safest thing to do is to test the patch on some platform
as you will commit it to the GCC tree. This shouldn't be much work.
