Patch for spaces at ends of sentences in docs

Texinfo files should use two spaces after the end of a sentence, since
the whitespace is most copied unchanged into the Info file. (TeX uses
its own rules for determining the ends of sentences, and using two
spaces consistently also helps to find places where the appropriate
markup for TeX isn't present.) This patch adds the spaces where
required. It passes "make info" and "make dvi". Applied to mainline
and branch.

doc/tm.texi: Use two spaces after ends of sentences.
