I applied your sv.po update for HEAD, but not the one for the 3.0
branch. Mark has asked for a total freeze on the branch. If he wants
to bend the rules for this one I'll apply it, otherwise it can wait
for 3.0.1.
Translation efforts may want to focus on HEAD anyway, since some of
the front ends need code changes to facilitate translation.
