Okay, so here is what I suggest:
o DJ (or anyone else competent and confident enough), if you can and want
to perform

within 72 hours, please go ahead.
o It is not completely clear to me yet whether we will generate
documentation during the regular build for GCC 3.0 (or wait for
3.0.1), but it will make maintaining the documentation on the
branch simpler, and...
o ...in any case there is the simple option of directly calling my
install.texi2html script from the release script as well.
