A lot of it, tough unfortunately most target maintainers haven't
been caring about this very much.
(Apart from David Edelsohn, for example. ;-) David, I realized that
there are a couple of rs6000/powerpc-related changes in this patch;
would you mind having a look at doc/install.texi and remove those parts
that are obsolete, if any? Thanks!)
