You need to remove the other references to c-tree.info in the Makefile.in
- for example, as a dependency of "info", and where it gets installed.
Could you do this, and convert the subdirectory f/Make-lang.in,
java/Make-lang.in and (mainline only) ch/Make-lang.in to use TEXI2DVI,
then submit a fresh patch (note: each subdirectory has its own ChangeLog),
which I hope someone will review?
