Jeff has, for a long time, planned to have three manuals:

 o User Guide
 o Porting Guide / Internal Stuff
 o Installation Guide

Currently the first two are combined (and also have something on
installation), but at least the new installation stuff is a document
of its own, and I think that's fine.
