Done.

I may have misled you into excess enthusiasm.  That wasn't the last
xm-host header, only the last one supposedly generic to a CPU.  There
are 13 xm-host.h left, of which four or five could be removed with
more or less effort on the machine-independent end of things, but
returns are diminishing rapidly.  See analysis in separate message.
