Well, I think I can see one thing that needs fixing. The documentation
patch should presumably be split up into two parts, with the part that
details the HOST_ macros going in gcc.text in @node Config, and the
part that documents the TARGET_ macros going somewhere in tm.texi,
probable @node Driver I would assume. Agree/disagree ?
