PATCH: document {Q,H,TQ}Fmode and {Q,H}Cmode


QFmode, HFmode, TQFmode, QCmode, and HCmode are defined in machmodes.def,
but not documented in rtl.texi.

If this is approved, please commit, as I don't have CVS write access.
