tiny tree.c update

For i386 SSE code we need to build intTI_type_node even when
HOST_BITS_PER_WIDE_INT == 32.  This should work, since we never explicitly write
the 128bit immediates.
The patch prevents compiler from crashing with -msse. Can someone from with access
to the original Cygnus work send me the header needed for MMX/SSE types + if possible
some testcases?
