Didn't we just get *rid* of the GCC etc directory?

What would go in it?  future.options is funny, but I'd rather put it on
the web site somewhere.  And like Mr. Nicolaescu said, the pself files
are useless; if I want to do Funky Things to test gcc, I'll drag out my
collection of IOCCC winning entries (the "approximate pi by calculating the
surface area of the source code" is always a good run of the traditional-mode
preprocessor).
