remove some obsolete files

I spotted some files that are obsolete, so they might as well be
removed.

some mpw-* file where left after this (from top level ChangeLog):

Mon May 11 23:55:56 1998  Jeffrey A Law  (law@cygnus.com)

        * mpw-* Delete.  Not used.

Should libiberty/mpw* and config/mpw* also be removed?

The 6 pself*.c files don't serve any useful purpose, they are neat
tricks, but they don't have anything to do with the compiler, just add
clutter. If anybody realy wants them, there are a ton of self printing
programs on the web...

dostage2 and dostage3 are obsoleted by the {re}stage[23] make
targets (and they probably don't do the right thing anyway).

What about future.options, is it worth keeping?

Here are the ChangeLog entries for the kind soul that can do the right cvs
incantation to get rid of these files.

	* cp/mpw-config.in:
	* cp/mpw-make.sed: Remove, not used.
	* pself.c:
	* pself1.c:
	* pself2.c:
	* pself3.c:
	* pself4.c:
	* pself5.c: Remove, not used.
	* dostage2:
	* dostage3: Remove, obsoleted by makefile targets.
