The appended patch by Ralf Bächle has not been applied so far and is
still needed for Linux/MIPS. I just bootstrapped this patch on
mipsel-linux.

mips{,el}-linux default to the 32 bit ABI but we were predefining _ABIN32
indicating we're N32. Below patch fixes this. Please apply,

SUBTARGET_CPP_SPEC apropriatly.
