Sorry, I cannot approve this. While there's nothing in there I disagree
with, I feel that contribute.html simply would become too large -- so
large in fact, that I'm afraid that none will really read it.
I won't object if someone else (one of our global write maintainers)
approves this; however, even in that case it would be great if you could
try to shorten it.
