It happens with the compiler I am maintaining for the ia64-linux (Trillian)
project. I didn't check whether the duplicate REG_LIBCALL REG_NOTES happened
with current sources as I wasn't trying to fix that bug. I just checked,
and I am not seeing this problem with the current CVS sources.
