reminder of a few uncommented mips patches.

I've got a couple of MIPS patches which may have fallen through the
cracks. (There's actually one more, but it doesn't apply cleanly,
esp. in light of the -mno-sched-prolog patch I just sent.)

Anyway, they are:

64-bit mips vs. ctors and dtors patch
       Submitted: May 6, 2000
       Last activity: May 6, 2000
       Status: unknown
       Message(s): http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-05/msg00473.html

[ i've verified that this still applies, despite its age ]

64-bit GPR vs. `leasi' pattern bug
       Submitted: June 26, 2000
       Last activity: July 20, 2000
Status: working alternative patch supplied by Clinton Popetz
	       <cpopetz@cygnus.com>
       Message(s): http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-06/msg00893.html,
		   http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-07/msg00728.html,
		   http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-07/msg00746.html,
		   http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-07/msg00780.html

(The latter's not been idle for a long time, but based on Clinton's
quick response I'd expected his patch to be applied relatively
quickly, and don't have any great desire to see it lost in the noise
for a few months.)

I'll update the other patch after the -mno-sched-prolog thing is dealt
with (or, maybe eventually even if it's not 8-).
