To which I fully agree. But then we should make sure that fixinc isn't doing
bogus stuff and most of the "fixes" it does on my Linux
2.4.0-test1/glibc-2.1.3 system are bogus.

And those of us that switch kernel versions quite regularly always have the
option to just delete gcc's private copies.
