A thread patch for libobjc

Here is a thread patch for libobjc copied from libgcc. libobjc/configure.in
looks for GCC_THREAD_FILE in gcc/Makefile and uses it for thread. This
patch goes a little further by moving the objc thread support to
gcc/gthr-*.h so that you don't have to add -lpthread to compile objc
code if you don't need it for C code.

	* gcc/gthr-win32.h: Add support for libobjc.
	* gcc/gthr-dce.h: Likewise.
	* gcc/gthr-posix.h: Likewise.
	* gcc/gthr-solaris.h: Likewise.
	* gcc/gthr-vxworks.h: Likewise.
	* gcc/gthr-single.h: Likewise.

	* libobjc/thr-objc.c: New.
	* libobjc/Makefile.in (GTHREAD_FLAGS): New.
	(ALL_CFLAGS): Add $(GTHREAD_FLAGS).
	(OBJC_THREAD_FILE): Changed to thr-objc.

	* libobjc/configure.in (GTHREAD_FLAGS): New, check and replace
	it for Makefile.
	(OBJC_THREAD_FILE): Removed.
	* libobjc/configure: Rebuilt.
