I've been installing patches in this directory because there had been
some copyright issue related with tests in the testsuite. All tests I
install are copyrighted by the FSF; I didn't want to get them mixed up
with other tests, which might have doubtful origins and thus unknown
copyright status. Is this testsuite copyrigth stuff no longer an
issue?

I'll be glad to do it next time, but isn't `opt' too wide a category
name?
