If true, that's probably a DOC error, since Digital Unix is
1/ ANSI conforming
2/ POSIX conforming
3/ XPG4 conforming
4/ based on OSF/1 source which correctly implements memcpy()
as void *
Even Digital wouldn't be so brain-damaged as to screw this up
