Provided that a test can be reduced to a sufficiently small example, I
would be inclined to always add it to the testsuite. The gcc sources are
mutable code, it can change as the compiler is further developed. So
there is no guarantee that a bit of code that triggers a problem in the
compiler will remain there. In general, we only change testsuite code if
it is identifiably wrong.
