Any objections against this? Linux does not support any of the
weird variants anyway, because the kernel is always compiled
without these flags so it would not work at all. And defining them
to 0 saves compile time. sol2.h does this as well.
Actually, I kept these in there so I could test bootstraps
with all these weird options enabled to make sure I did not
break obscure platforms.
But I can hack my local sources for this purpose, so you can
install this change.
