Is this okay to apply? I'm trying to help people find just the info
they want. (I've already updated my g77.html page to ease this somewhat,
but think it'd be good to ease it here as well.)
Also, an automatically supplied subject header for emails offering
help would be nice to provide. Though if that's known to confuse
some browsers, then maybe not, so speak up if you know about problems
with ?subject= suffixes on mailto: href's.
