Sheesh!  First, the needed licensing has to do with
what you distribute.  You likely do not distribute
the output of lint.  Besides that, though you may
want clarification for that warm and fuzzy feeling,
there is still the doctrine of "reasonable use" that
would preclude license pollution.  Look at the header
files in commercially released Unix boxes.  Those
headers do not put any constraints on products built
from them.  Why would these headers be different?
