Thanks for the clarification Alexandre, and thanks Jeff for taking care of
the web stuff while I was away! I'm now ready to take over again...
Just one minor nitpick: We want to replace physical markup like <tt> by
logical markup like <code> long term; please keep this in mind for future
patches.

PS: I didn't notice any reply to egcs-patches in my mailbox, so at first I
was a bit confused when I realized that the patch had been applied...
