I have been following the precedent set by sysV68 for
__va_rounded_size() and __svr4__ for __gnuc_va_list. I do not disagree
with your proposal, but I would prefer to get this fixed in the release
branch and take our time designing a comprehensive solution on the
mainline trunk.
