I sent a note to Jeff last night worrying whether print_operand()
handled the addition of a constant for a LO_SUM rtx. Would changing
plus_constant() to plus_constant_for_output() in print_operand() case 'L'
fix this? That variant seems to drive the constant past the LO_SUM.
