thanks.html for fixincludes

Hi,

My mail to Gerald bounced.  Here is a proposed patch
ready to checkin from egcs:~korbb/wwwdocs/htdocs/thanks.html

I would go ahead and submit it, but I do not know your intended
format.  This is what I would do  :)
