sco5.h partial resync with svr4


I just committed the following patch.   It causes no regressions,
but it also causes no progression.   It does, however, simplify 
the file somewhat and makes it more ../svr4.h-ish.


       * config/i386/sco5.h (MAX_OFILE_ALIGNMENT):  Define.
       (SELECT_SECTION): Resync with svr4.h.
