Perhaps, if the maintainer is cooperative. Who maintains gperf?
There seems to be a newer version (2.7) than the one we've used in egcs
(2.5). The ChangeLogs indicate the most recent gperf-2.7 changes are by
Bruno Haible. I'll send him mail and see what he's willing to do.
