No. I don't want the new overloading code to use the old overloading code,
such as convert_arguments. The new code is much cleaner, and I'd like to
keep it that way. Simple function calls still use the old code because the
diagnostics from convert_for_* are more useful than "no match" when we
don't have to consider overloading, but I don't know if that's still enough
of a reason to keep it.
